Demos and choices
Check-ins, the calendar and shortcut selections are local demos. We do not send those choices to a server or persist them in browser storage. Journal entries and conversations are fictional.
Waitlist
The form sends your name, email and consent directly to Brevo, the service used to manage Lumi's list and communications. We do not send your demo choices, emotional records or personal stories.
The form sends your data to Brevo and shows confirmation on the website only when the service confirms receipt. If email confirmation is enabled in Brevo, follow the instructions you receive.
Signing up is for updates on Lumi's development and launch. You can unsubscribe through the link in messages or request deletion using the contact below. Brevo processes submitted data according to Lumi's account settings and its service terms.
Cards and sharing
Card images are generated on your device. Downloading saves an image; sharing only happens when you choose an app or recipient. This website does not automatically post to social networks.
Browsing and external services
Your theme and language preference is saved only in this browser's local storage to remember your choice. It is not sent to a server. This implementation has no advertising tools, marketing pixels or analytics. Fonts and images are served with the website. The hosting provider may keep technical access logs according to its terms.
When you submit the Brevo form, open external links such as Instagram or use your email app, those services' terms also apply.

Interest in volunteering
The volunteering form sends Brevo your name, email, whether you are 18 or older, preferred role, availability and acknowledgement of this privacy policy. For operational roles, you can also provide areas of interest, a main skill, experience and a description of your skills. This data is intended to register your interest and contact you about the next steps in volunteering.
Your answers remain in the form while the page is open; the site does not save them to browser local storage. They are submitted only when you confirm registration. Do not include documents or sensitive information. For questions or requests about your data, contact the email below.
